There's a new World of Toys up. Check it out here.
When you listen to the ep we talk about tons of movie toys and I know I forgot one, which I just saw at TRU this morning...Jurassic Park. A new TRU exclusive line... what is with that???

Im curious about those A-Team toys. Maybe get the main 4 and the Van if nothing else.
i think the big reason most movie lines fail is they seem half assed. Star Trek is a great example; most of the small stuff was terrible, and thus a lot of folk didn't buy it. But the movie was HUGELY successful. A lot of the "Enterprise" toys sold, coz the ship was well done and a good toy. But the figures; nope.
The flipside are the ones like you mentioned Shane; Avatar, Star Wars, Cars etc.
Great Ep guys!

I know what you mean about the spoilers in the toys. I remember picking up the Jengo Fett figure from Attack of the Clones before I saw the movie and being hacked off when I opened it and his head fell off.

Kids like dinos?
Another good ep, fellas. I'm starting to see The Last Airbender figures in TRU. Not very impressive. I don't buy toys in that small of a scale, but they look very fragile. The stuff from Toy Story 3 looks nice, and I'll probably be picking up a few for my niece and nephew.

Another good solid ep, enjoyed it a lot.
Thanks very much, I really like using Previews as a reason to do a show at least once a month. Then adding some kind of other topic to it as a main discussion point.

I was wrapped to find we got the A-team toys in Australia, (wasn't sure if we'd get Jazwares product) and while i agree with shane on the larger figures (by the by they are articulated but barely) the little ones i don't think are any worse then say a star wars at that scale.
know i'll give Jazeware some leway as a newer company, giving the same accessories with pretty much every figure apart from Hannibal who gets his own gun. but the articulation is good and i actually really like the plastic they used, weird cross between had and soft.
i also think is is genius they made a scale perfect with gijoe, i'm a big joe collector and these A-team toys fit in perfect
while not a home run, i do think its a good start for Jazewares, there are some paint problems so don't buy in a rush go through the rack and get the good ones, "Face" is the worse but after alot of digging i actually found a really nice looking one.

Any one who was/is waiting for a sale to get the A-Team stuff should check Target. I picked up the van for $12.48 yesterday and I've read reports today that they are down to $6.24 in some areas!
