Add me to the chorus of Books of Doom as a must read Doom. I had the issues then found it in HC for $5 and gave the issues away.

I'm STILL trying to gather up all the issues of this series before reading them... I picked up most of them from Wild Pig sales, oddly enough... but still need to find 3 and 5. Maybe this weekend, if I go.

If someone sees The Newsboy Legion HC by Simon and Kirby, grab it for me in case I get trampled at the door. Thanks yall. Safe travels this weekend!

If anyone is coming to the show from PA via Route 78, there is a Jack Kirby exhibit at the Hunterdon County Art Museum in Clinton, NJ. This is the last weekend that it will be there. My wife and I went 2 weeks ago and, while a small exhibit, it was still neat to see original Kirby pages.

Any last minute questions, let me know.

But I am trying very hard to make it on Sunday with the kiddos. Chris (or Ryan), is it $5 per person including Lil kids, or do they get in for free?
Also, I have to say listening back to the episode, as the geeks were reminiscing about how much money they spent, all I could think was "chump change."

It's $5 per person, but kids under 12 are free.
Hope to see you again!

Great, thanks Ryan. I can't see not being there. Just wouldn't be right to miss a Wild Pig weekend, even if I'm going to miss all the good trade sales. One question though, is Chris going to have an expanded Wall as well? I know he usually keeps some wall books in the back b/c they're just too choice to sell at 50% off, and I'm sure he'll continue to do that (understandably), but will he have more wall stuff than we're used to?

Damn. Just saying that you spent more than Pants would've been impressive.

There will be more books on the wall because there are no more regular back-issues. All of the boxes that used to be on the left side of the store along the wall was assimilated into the 50-cent bins with a some exceptions. Those books handful of books that were too good to put into the 50-cent boxes were promoted to wall books.
