again. great episode. I've really been enjoying these, especially since this was about the time that I got back into comics so it's kind of a flash back for me as well. i can remember flipping through Previews from back then and seeing some of these comics.
I also like the history that you throw in about the diffrent characters and the creators because I didn't start really paying attention to the big two until just a few years ago.
I do have to say that I second the suggestion of a co-host. I am actually fine with a single-host show. But, Murd, ya know I like you but the truth is sometimes I think you loose track of where you were going with a thought and kinda ramble a bit and repeat yourself.
On CGS I've found that when you have somebody there to talk to your thoughts are clearer and you are able to make your point more concisely.
Keep it up! Look forward to the next episode.

I mostly agree with you. The only exception would be if he were to talk to someone else who is reading the material for the first time. But really, we're all just tuning in to hear more Murd, right? Great episode! Keep them coming.

Just wanted to add that the Wonder Woman issue that you discussed was recently re-printed in "Batman: False Faces," which re-prints Brian K. Vaughn's early filler arcs. There's a pic of Wonder Woman on the cover, but WW fans might not know from the cover that it actually reprints WW #160-161, along with a couple of issues of Batman, Detective, and Batman Secret Files.

To think, when I was faced with the same decision regarding the Flash as you, I made the opposite decision and put it back on the shelf. After having one storyline that lasted almost two years (Black Flash until the end of the Dark Flash), I was just... Flashed out. I didn't pick it up again until the Blitz storyline.
I can't wait until you finish Starman #71, I've gotta know what you think of it.

Hey Adam, have you ever thought about announcing which issues you plan to discuss before the episodes air? I wonder if your listeners may want to read along with you.
With all the Star Trek talk of late, any suggestions on Trek comics worth reading?

Adam, since you were talking about your family's Christmas business it got me to wondering: Do you have any selections for the best Christmas-themed comics (superhero or otherwise)?
