JSA 3 Talkback

I let slip some mild misinformation on this episode. Before Darth Kramer or somebody else chimes in to call me out on it, let me do it myself: the Star Boy that Jack Knight met during his 30th Century adventure was technically not the same character who is currently in the JSA as Starman. The JSA's Starman is the original, pre-Crisis/pre-Zero Hour version of Thom Kallor, from the 30th century of Earth-1's timeline, all grown up and chock full o'nuts; Jack met the post-Zero Hour "rebooted" Thom Kallor (recently established, via a barely-plausible retcon, as a native of the 30th century of "Earth-247").
Sorry for the confusion....

Man, I love me some JSA. Thanks again for these in-depth episodes guys. It's always a good time!

To give context to these episodes maybe some idea of what the characters who are on the team may be doing outside JSA. Like Starman or Black Canary or even Fate.
Overall, tho, I'd say that this was a strong episode but that the next one'll be stronger given the content.
Had they established the Brownstone local yet?

I want to say they talked a bit about the brownstone in issue 2 but it'll get its spotlight in the Wildcat solo issue which is issue 5.
Most of the characters are pretty centralized to just this main series, but I'm sure some fringe stuff will come up if it relates. Such as when Jack leaves to deal with the Grand Guignol storyline, etc.

I remember reading somewhere that James Robinson basically only wrote the Secret Files and the first 2 issues of JSA. #3 & 4 were still credited to him, but were written by Geoff Johns, who gets a "Special Thanks" in #4. I'm not sure where I remember hearing that, but think that's the way things went.
