Let's get this ball rollin'!
Action Comics #876 - I miss Superman in Action Comics. I love Greg Rucka and everything, but these are two characters that I don't really care about. Even though all Kryptonians are banned from Earth, is still feels like there are too many. Sure there's a lot of action, but that's pretty much a guarantee when titans clash.
Air #8 - Continues to be a great, zany thrill-ride! I really enjoy Perker's art on this series, and I think he has a great handle on the wonderful world that Wilson has created. I'm telling you, people; this is the next big series from Vertigo!
Amazing Spider-Man #591 - I like how Peter unmasked, and it wasn't a big deal like the previous issue made it out to be. Just like in New Avengers #51. However, the rest of the issue kinda felt like it dragged on. So while I didn't love the issue, I also didn't hate it. It was nice seeing Spidey with the Fantastic Four.
Captain America #49 - Whenever Sharon Carter is involved, it just seems like a whole lot of unneeded drama. Next issue please.
DMZ #41 - Nice one-shot focusing on Zee, and I liked the guest artist Nikki Cook.
Fables #83 - First off, I was totally fooled by the cover artist. I thought for sure it was James Jean, but sure enough it's by Joao Ruas. Well played, Ruas. This issue sure had some exciting moments, and I sure like Badger's new found religion focusing on Boy Blue. Can't wait for the rest of this major event.
GI Joe: Cobra #2 - Chuckles is going deeper and deeper into the organization, and has tougher obstacles to tackle because of it. Also, getting a little too close to the enemy perhaps? This series continues to be very enjoyable. I'm not a fan of the Chaykin variant covers, but then again that's why I rarely buy variant covers.
Green Lantern Corps #35 - Pick of the week. You got Yellow Lanterns, Green Lanterns, and an angry Red Lantern, all fighting in the Oa Science Cells. Just absolute utter chaos! Meanwhile on Daxam, the Daxamites are getting ready to fight back! I love the tale Tomasi is continuing to weave, and I don't get why people have a problem with Gleason's art. In my opinion it fits the story wonderfully.
Green Arrow / Black Canary #19 - Can those boobs on the cover get any bigger?!? The artist makes it look like both girls are smuggling watermelons under their skin. Other than that, pretty mediocre issue, even with all the action going on.
Incognito #3 - Loved this issue! It's about time that Zack got sick and tired of Farmer's bullshit, and finally did something about it. And how about the fight in the mall? Killer stuff! Sean Philips and Ed Brubaker need to write and draw every single comic together for the rest of their lives. I command it!
Punisher #4 - Non-stop action in this issue, as Castle shows us once again why you never try and kill him. It only pisses him off more! The Hood needs to get his shit together, because it's not like he's trying to take-out Aunt May; he's the motherfuckin' Punisher!!! He doesn't die! And how about his awesome new armor for his next mission? Pretty insane.
Beta Ray Bill - The Green Of Eden #1 - I don't know all that much about Beta Ray Bill, but this one-shot was kinda weird to me. Not really my cup of tea. I have no doubts that Beta Ray Bill fans will love it, though.
Star Trek - Alien Spotlight: Klingons - I was kinda disappointed. I was expecting bloodbaths and wars aplenty! For that's what the mighty Klingons are all about, right???
Sub-Mariner 70th Anniversary Special - I'm a fan of Namor, but this kinda felt like a waste of money to me. Sure they gave you a big story, then a couple of back issues (think Thor #600), but it just didn't feel like I got the bang for my buck with this.
Superman / Batman #58 - 'meh'.
Uncanny X-Men #508 - Greg Land's art isn't sitting well with me. I'm slowly starting to back away from this series, because I'm not feeling the same thrill like I did when I hopped-on to issue #500.
The Walking Dead #60 - I'm finally caught-up!!! The herd is just terrifying to me, just like the scene upstairs in the house. Kirkman continues to amaze me, brilliant series!
Wolverine: Noir #1 - Okay, I don't know about the rest of you, but the Noir series seems to be the next Marvel Zombies. The only hit so far in my opinion was Spider-Man: Noir. Everything else, this included, just isn't floating my boat.
Overall I thought it was a pretty boring week for comics. What did you read??

Why is Superman/Batman even out anymore? It is lackluster to the lowest degree & yes I am a Superman fan.

Not only that, but it's no where close to continuity. I just had fun with the title back in the day, but nowadays, not so much.

Agreed. After issue 26 the steep slide downward began on the title.
