Action Comics #872 - Very crafty way of getting to Kandor, if I do say so myself! Something tells me Earth is a little overcrowded, and Kandor needs it's own planet. I hear Pluto is available, so why not? Interesting issue, and interesting Corps that were just freed.
Final Crisis #5 - Not going to lie, I really had fun with this issue. I pray this is the turning point for me, and I'm suddenly going to immensely enjoy the rest of the series! I especially loved the Green Lantern stuff (which I think is what won me over).
Green Lantern Corps #31 - Speaking of Lanterns of Green, this was a really fun issue. Kryb is seriously terrifying, and those Star Sapphires are just growing in numbers by the day. Glad that Tomasi is still writing this book, because it's making the march towards Blackest Night oh-so enjoyable.
Secret Invasion: Dark Reign #1 - Wow. I was pleasantly surprised by this book! I loved the conversation, and I enjoyed the group of individuals. My only complaint is Namor looks atrocious. Like, "what the fuck was Maleev thinking?!" atrocious. Namor looked like some ugly Greek who fell down the ugly tree, hitting every branch going down. The guy did not look like Namor whatsoever. Other than that, exciting issue!
B.P.R.D. War On Frogs #2 - When does Mignola come back and write? This issue wasn't good at all.
Captain Britain & MI:13 #8 - It's a trap!
Booster Gold #15 - Sure enough, it's finally happened; all this time travel business has got me confused. That, and Booster needs to stop getting Ralph's hopes up.
Punisher: War Zone #1 - Ahhh, nice to see Ennis & Dillon back together. Also, I'm calling twin-sister on this one.
That's all for now, what did you think was good?!

Secret Six #4 - Another fun issue, ice cream truck and all. The art on this issue (like the previous three) is just fantastic. One more issue left!
Nightwing #151 - Meh. It was nice to see Dick finally break that record he was working on since way way back.
DMZ #37 - Interesting issue, and the start of a good arc. Matty is playing a dangerous game, approaching Wilson like that. I'm hooked for sure.
Ambush Bug: Year None #5 - I'm absolutely loving all the Didio ball-busting! Makes me smile (and weirdly enough, want a DC Nation armband).

OMG I am soooo ashamed with myself it took me THIS long to get around to reading all of last weeks books!
I only had 5 as well! Sheesh!
Seen as though I spent pretty much every night sinse thursday last week getting drunk or something along those lines, I havnt been exactly in a state to read anything! lol
wow... I just realised its 1 in the morning...
anyway
Batman Detective Comics #851:
This is what Batman #682 should have been. In here you got an actual story about Dick Grayson carrying on his work in Gotham after the 'death' of Bruce in R.I.P. It seems like a great story and its just good to have something tht deals with the aftermath of R.I.P in a way which we all want to see!
I was very pleased the way Dick had been written here in that even after what they all think was Bruce's death, he doesnt want to use any of Bruce's old gear. No doubt he will eventually take over the Batman mantle at some point however, but as of right now, he is still Nightwing.
6.5/10
Secret Six #4:
As always, Gail Simone does a fantastic job writting this. Its like I said above, this series has humour, blood, scary and down right creepy parts and drama! There was one bit in here which actually creeped me out a (banned) load, and there were other places which made me laugh out loud!
Now thats what you want out of a comic! Great to see this plot moving along at a steady pace too! All round greatness, lets hope it stays that way!
Plus, who doesnt wanna see some Edwardian chick rip an arm of a Shark-man!
8.5/10
Simon Dark #15:
Decent, although nothing more than that. It wasnt as bad as some of the issues from the previous arc were, I mean it was good, its just there is a bit too much of the huge panels or artwork with very little going on and hardly any dialouge.
Although having said that, this issue had a few good bits of characterisation and pleasing plot development and progression.
The ending was gripping which was my favourite part.
This new villian looks great!! Good ol' Steve Niles is at it again with his creepy villians!
5/10
Secret Invasion: Dark Reign:
A fairly decent issue, setting up some exciting stuff and some all new exciting directions, Im interested to see how long Osborn lasts in charge here, if Doom doesnt think he'll last all that long, then neither do I.. you dont mess the Doomanator!
Good story, a bit longwinded but I can deal with that. Good artwork accept on Namor.
Exciting exciting exciting!
7.5/10
Astonishing X-Men: Ghost Boxes #2 (of 2):
Very meaningless is all I can honestly say, 2 stories with no relevence to.. anything, and that is honestly the truth. However, interesting to see some cool artists and some cool artwork. Stories and writting, not so good.
Get back to the main plot already Ellis, Im bored and Ive virtually forgotten who and what Astonishing X-Men even is/are!
It did make me realise however that I do quite enjoy Clayton Crain's artwork and that I have missed Kaare Andrews's artwork (I actually like his art!)
3/10
