Uncle Envelope's website launched today. It's a Brooklyn-based subscription service that sends paper objects to kids every month.

Artists include me, Alec Longstreth, Sarah Becan, Corinne Mucha, and Joshua Ray Stephens. Curator, Kristin Linder is looking for more artists, so if you want to make something out of paper for kids, co to this link right....here.

I can't wait to see all the cool stuff, and give this to my nieces and nephew.

Oh yeah, it was mentioned on the size matters blog today, too.

Oh boy oh boy oh boy!

My Uncle Envelope page went live this morning, announcing my upcoming minicomic "What is This?"

I'll have some preview copies of it available to read at Stumptown, along with bookmarks and flyers telling folks to sign up by the end of April to get my comic.

They're still looking for more artists, so if any y'all got kids-book ideas rattling around in your braincages, you should contact Uncle Envelope. Oh speaking of artists, frickin' Sara Varon is doing something for UE, how awesome is that?

Hey Neil,

I kind of missed this the first time around, but finally went and checked this thing out. It sounds really cool!

I have an anthology piece to get out this month and then I have to get a few episodes of Jack finished and posted, but since this seems like an ongoing thing I look forward to coming up with ideas for some kind of comic-slash-cut paper-game-toy-thing!
