We had so much fun last year that we're doing it again this year so sound off if you want to join us at wondercon 08 feb. 22 through 24 at the Moscone center in beautiful downtown San Francisco.

The tentative schedule looks like we will meet-up at the con on Friday, then go to dinner at Canton Restaurant (same as last year) as everybody had such a great time there last year.
After dinner, We may move the party to a local pub such as Kate O'Briens.

On Saturday The schedule is still up in the air,but we are waiting for an announcement from Isotope Comics on an instore event that they always do during the con weekend that is always a lot of fun.

Please use this thread for any questions you might have about Wondercon, the city, public transportation, downtown, the moscone center, or anything else you can think of.

I'll be at Isotope for sure. I just moved (slightly) out of the area and have to stay with friends in the city so I'm kind of at their mercy, time wise. Keep me in the loop and I'll work my mojo on 'em!

I'm in and looking forward to it. As these cons are getting bigger and bigger, it is nice to have a group of friends to meet up with. Like last year, I may have to pass on Saturday night due to the Masquerade but I look forward to meeting everyone again and that great lemon chicken at the Canton restaurant. Yum!

excepting Canton everything else is up in the air maybe James Sime of Isotope can post and give us a preview as to what they have planned but any other suggestions for what to do and where to go especially Saturday night for dinner after the Con are welcome we don't want to end up like last year wandering around the city looking for a place to eat

As usual I've got a couple aces up my sleeve for this year's post-WonderCon activities. For the past two years we've done radically different events on Friday night and Saturday night. To give you an idea of something we might do this year, one of those nights last year we did an out-of-the-shop adventure and took Adam Beechen and a million people bar-hopping through some of San Francisco's coolest nightspots.

Sorry we haven't announced anything for 2008 yet!

loos like I will be lugging my NF absolute onto the SF public transportation system to get it signed at Isotope. I can't wait to spend some time in my favorite bay area comic lounge.
