1. Euro 2008 I'm going to Switzerland, then Italy!!!

I'm so jealous!! I've been talking about Europe for years and have narrowed it down to a trip to countries around the Alps for my first trip to the continent with Switzerland as the centerpiece. I almost bought a ticket for just Switzerland for the end of this month but will probably just wait again. I'm thinking August/September if time and fiances permit. I have a friend who lives in Thun and it looks gorgeous.

This is going to be my first time in Europe and I'm so excited. I'm starting off with the Euros in Switzerland and Austria then after the tournament is over I'm going to spend three weeks in Italy. My mom's fiancee is from Italy and he wants to take my mom back to live there when they retire. I really can't wait to have the excuse to visit my mom every few months when they do go back to Italy.
